National City Equity Partners (NCEP) makes investments of between $5 million and $20 million to finance leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and growth opportunities in a wide range of industries. We have the flexibility to provide subordinated debt, equity, or a combination of the two.
Sponsored buyouts/recapitalizations
Invest mezzanine and/or equity capital in companies with enterprise values typically between $25 million to $200 million in conjunction with other private equity firms Non-sponsored buyouts/recapitalizations
Invest equity and/or mezzanine capital in partnership with business owners and management teams Growth Equity
Invest equity capital to facilitate organic growth or fund the acquisition of related businesses for later-stage companies – we typically do not invest in startup or early stage venture capital opportunities Private Equity Fund Investing
Strategically invest as a limited partner in buyout and growth equity funds with up to $750 million of committed capital |
