Ed joined National City Equity Partners in 2000 and became President and Managing General Partner in 2005. Prior to joining NCEP, he spent 11 years in investment banking and principal investing at McDonald Investments, Inc. and National City Corporation. Ed received a B.A. in economics and management from Albion College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He serves on the board of directors of several portfolio companies and non-profit institutions.

Carl joined National City Equity Partners in 1989. He has more than 30 years of experience in banking and finance with National City Corporation and other financial institutions. Carl graduated from John Carroll University with a B.S. in finance. He serves on the board of directors of several portfolio companies and nonprofit institutions.

Jay joined National City Equity Partners in 1999 after working in the merchant banking group of Banc One Capital Markets. He also worked with The Ohio Company’s corporate finance department. Jay received a B.S. in business administration from Ohio Northern University and an MBA from Purdue University.

Dave joined National City Equity Partners in 2000. Previously, he worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, a middle-market investment banking firm, and in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has over 20 years of financial management experience. Dave graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in business administration.

Eric joined National City Equity Partners in 1999 after working in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney, and was promoted to partner in 2008. Eric received a B.S. in finance from Boston College and attended the London School of Economics.

Steve joined National City Equity Partners in 2002. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of McDonald Investments. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. Steve received a B.S. in business administration from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

David joined National City Equity Partners in 2004. Previously, he worked at Thayer Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm. He started his career in the investment banking division of BT Alex Brown. David received a B.A. in economics from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jason joined National City Equity Partners in 2000. Previously, he worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jason obtained a B.S. in business administration from Miami University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Carli joined National City Equity Partners in 2008. Previously, she worked in the corporate audit department at National City Bank. Carli obtained a B.S. in business administration from Miami University.

Nick joined National City Equity Partners in 2008. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Western Reserve Partners, a boutique firm in Cleveland, OH. Nick graduated from Mount Union College with a B.A. in business administration.
